Niagara Falls

Hi everyone! Hit the road early this morning for our Wet Jet boat ride over the rapids. I
must say all my fears were for nothing. It was great fun and as promised we were soaked to the skin. http://www.whirlpooljet.com/We roared through category five rapids and only once did I inhale at the wrong time and felt like I was going to drown. As I was holding
on with both hands with my back against the seat and feet flat on the floor AS INSTRUCTED Ron was snapping pictures as the water was coming over our heads NOT holding on and NOT following the rules. We don’t have any pictures from
this adventure to post because we used waterproof cameras and will be bringing them to WalMart tomorrow and hope to get a disk so we can download to our site. Ironically there were only 4 people on the boat and three crew. I guess most people wait and take the later boats because when we were coming back there were three more boats almost filled to capacity (54). Spent the afternoon walking around Niagara State 
Park and taking in the views. Went to Three Sisters Island which is also quite spectacular. Will be heading to a few other tourist things tomorrow but nothing dangerous or too much fun. Then we’ll be heading toward Michigan but there are a couple of more stops we’ll be making before we get there so our original plan to get into the Detroit area on the 9th will be delayed.
